Lambert Custom Builders was established in Lake Havasu City, Arizona and has been conducting business in Lake Havasu and surrounding areas in Arizona since 1979. Since its’ establishment, Lambert Custom Builders has become a leader in local construction. We are the only licensed contractor to build at Sailing Hawks 1650. We area also an approved builder at Havasu Foothill Estates. We have projects at Sailing Hawks, Mesquite Bay, Havasu Foothills Estates, The Refuge, and The Grand Island Estates.
Lambert Custom Builders was founded in 1979 by Wayne and Donald Lambert. Wayne has overseen the company for the past 30 years. We are approved for construction loans with all local lenders and financial institutions. Lambert Custom Builders has experience in both residential building and commercial projects. We are insured, bonded, and we keep current license numbers, liability insurance, and workers comp on file. We use reputable and licensed subcontractors for our work. We have also been involved with he Home Builders’ Association and Chamber of Commerce since our early days.
